KNOWN PROBLEMS, AND FIXES:

NUMBER 1 PROBLEM/FIX:

- SOME ANTIVIRUS/FIREWALL PREVENTS YOU TO PLAY.
- MAKE SURE TO PUT YOUR FIREWALL/VIRUSSCANNER TO GAMER MODUS.
- PUT MAIN.EXE TO EXCEPTION LIST, SOME VIRUSSCANNERS SAYS IT'S A VIRUS OR HIDDEN FILE... (IT'S A FALSE POSITIVE, HIDDEN FILE IS PART OF THE ANTIHACK)
(Random) - When installing the game it says file is corrupted --- REDOWNLOAD THE CLIENT, DOWNLOAD WENT WRONG.

(vista) - You get disconnected when you warp to raklion --- USE MU.EXE TO START THE GAME.

(vista) - Problems with starting, --- RUN MU.exe AS ADMINISTRATOR, AND SET COMPATIBLE MODE TO WINDOWS XP/VISTA
TEST IT EVERY PC IS DIFFERENT.

(random) - Mu runs very slowly with 1-2 fps --- Update your videocard drivers, and or directX driver.

(random) - The game doesn't launch after you see the antihack message: --- Your pc is infected with spyware, reinstall windows.

(ATI-cards) - Screen turns green --- Update your videocard drivers.

(random) - Cannot see any servers --- Your antivirus/firewall/spy-addware program is blocking it,
disable it and put to exceptionlist.

(random) - Error when starting the game --- Make sure there is main.exe in the muFolder (some antivirus auto-delete it)
(VIRUSSCANNER) - When running mu.exe error code 13 --- USE INSTALL_IF_PROBLEMS.exe, copy paste main.exe + mugaurd folder.. overwrite yes to all
(Computer Restarted) - Mu Client is started with compatability mode. --- Remove mu main.exe compatability mode in client shortcut/program properties.
(Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the mu window)
Reasons : Debugger is present, DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs,
and mu client is started with limited user.

Solutions : Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only
(system properties > Advance Tab > Performance Setting Button > Data Execution Prevention Tab)
and run mu client with admin level (runas Admin in Vista/Win7).
